With new skilled regional visa coming into effect from 16 November 2019, key points to consider are as follows;
1. Regional definition, Study in Regional Area and Graduate visa 485
With new Regional definition, there will be Major cities, Regional Centres and Regional Areas. These definitions will affect your point for study in regional, Graduate visa 485 duration and 491 State nomination points.
2. New 6D points and EOI “Date of effect”
With expecting more skilled migrants, 6D points for single, partner with English or/and Skills will start from 16 November 2019. Your current EOI “Date of effect” will be same as current and system will be followed by Skillselect in due course.
