With new regional visas, news November 2019 has released.  Some points from the news are as follows;

– Regional migration planning level increase from 23,000 to 25,000 in 2019-2020
– New Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) 491 and Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional( Provisional) 494 starts on 16 November 2019. Priority processing and front-end load medicals and police clearance for all relevant countries.
– Visa application charges (VAC) for 491 and 494

– New Regional Postcodes released and can be found in Migration (LIN19/217: Regional Areas) Instrument 2019

– Minimum taxable income for 491 or 494 visa holder who want to apply for Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) 191 will be registered before the end of 2019.

– Secondary holders can live, work and study in a different regional area to primary visa holder so long as they are still in a designated regional area.

– Onshore Bridging Visa A (BVA) work rights.
– New Schedule 6D points
15 points for nomination by a state or territory:
EOI need to be amend
Regional study points and Partner with Competent English
