-Replace 187 RSMS Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme
-Suitable skills assessment for highly skilled migrants
-Under 45 at the time of application
-At least three year’s full-time relevant work experience
-Employer sponsored/ Labour agreement
-Hold substantive or Bridging A, B or C
-Genuine position/ Labour Market Testing/ Full-time position/ Annual Market Salary Rate
-Employment at least three years full time basis
-Medicare eligible

 

191 Skilled Regional: PR Pathway

This is for Skilled Regional visa holders from 16/11/2019 for their Permanent Residency pathway.

– From 16/11/2022
– Applicant must have held regional provisional visa (491 or 494) for at least 3 years
– Can apply 189/190 after three years if invited
– Must have earned minimum taxable income for three years (TBD)
– Meet conditions to live, work and study in a designated regional area of Australia
